About Scoop Scholars Scoop Scholars keeps backyards clean and families happy by handling the one chore nobody wants — scooping dog poop. We run daily routes throughout the area, and our customers count on us to show up reliably and leave their yards spotless. We're growing, and we're looking for a hardworking Technician to join our route team. About the role As a Scoop Scholars Technician, you'll run a daily route of 20-30 homes, cleaning up each yard quickly and thoroughly before heading to the next stop. You'll operate one of our company vehicles, so a clean driving record is a must. This is an active, outdoor, on-your-feet job that's perfect for someone who likes staying busy, working independently, and getting things done. What you'll do Run a daily route of 20-30 homes, scooping and removing pet waste from each yard Work efficiently to stay on schedule and complete every stop on time Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly between stops Keep yards, gates, and equipment clean and leave each property the way you found it Represent Scoop Scholars with a friendly, professional attitude What we're looking for A clean driving record (required — you'll be driving company vehicles under our insurance) Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a full route on your own Efficient and quick on your feet, without cutting corners Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather Able to handle the physical side of the job (lots of walking, bending, and being on your feet) Dependable and self-motivated — you don't need someone looking over your shoulder What we offer $17-$22 per hour, depending on a variety of factors Company vehicle provided for your route An active, outdoor job — no sitting at a desk Independent work with a friendly, down-to-earth team Room to grow as the company expands Ready to apply?
