Job Description
Job description We are looking for a dependable and self-motivated individual to maintain the cleanliness of multiple commercial parking lot locations. Responsibilities Pick up litter and debris throughout parking lots and surrounding areas. Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly. Replace trash bags in all trash cans. Inspect properties to ensure they remain clean and presentable. Travel between six assigned locations to complete daily cleaning tasks. Report any maintenance or safety concerns observed on the properties. Requirements Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel between multiple locations during each shift. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, or property maintenance experience is a plus, but not required. Schedule Tuesday and Thursday schedule. Hours will be worked at Night or early in the Morning. Work is performed at Six different locations each workday.
