Part-Time (Full Sunday, occasional Saturday and weeknight shifts available) About the Role We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused CDL driver to operate our street sweepers on weekend routes throughout the greater Vancouver/Portland area, from Ridgefield to Salem. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent extra income without the demands of a full-time trucking schedule. If you enjoy independent work, steady hours, and operating well-maintained equipment, this could be a great fit. Schedule Primarily Weekends (Always Sundays with occasional Saturdays), with weeknight shifts available as well Early morning start times typical Consistent, predictable weekend work Responsibilities Operate a street sweeper on construction sites and subdivisions Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain clean and professional job sites Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed Follow all DOT and State safety regulations Requirements Valid CDL (Class B minimum; Class A preferred) Clean driving record Ability to operate or willingness to learn street sweeping equipment Dependable, punctual, and professional Able to complete work independently with minimal supervision Preferred (Not Required) Experience with street sweepers or similar equipment Construction site familiarity Basic mechanical awareness What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Consistent weekend work (no guessing on hours) Well-maintained equipment Low-stress driving (local routes, no long-haul) Opportunity for additional hours/weeknight shifts if desired Why This Job Stands Out This is NOT your typical CDL job—no long hauls/overnights, no ELD's, and no crazy schedules.
