This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active, field‑based work, problem‑solving on the go, and contributing to the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of multifamily and commercial properties. As a Field Technician, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including onsite waste management, exterior cleaning, light maintenance & repairs, and general property support. You'll be part of a team that values initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. This position offers opportunities to grow your skills across multiple service lines as our company expands. Duties Support daily waste management operations, including organizing waste enclosures, compactors, and recycling areas. Perform general facilities tasks such as light repairs, basic maintenance, and property upkeep. Assist with pressure washing, debris removal, and cleanliness standards across assigned sites. Identify and report issues such as safety hazards, or equipment concerns to supervisors. Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively. Follow established workflows and contribute to improving processes as the company grows. Maintain accurate logs, service notes, and documentation for completed tasks. Provide professional, courteous communication when interacting with property staff and residents. Support additional field tasks as needed across both sides of the business. Qualifications Prior experience in waste management, facilities maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, or other field‑based work is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools and basic equipment. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in parking garages, and in various property environments. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high service standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to travel between job sites. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed.
