Hours:

6:00pm-2:30am (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great a Sanitation Technician position at a company in Fond du Lac, WI. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Sanitation Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follows Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Supports Environmental Monitoring Program.
• Follows color code policy to clean food contact, allergen, and non-food contact surfaces.
• Accurately fills out all required paperwork, including Sanitation Checklists.
• Tests chemical concentrations and records titrations on correct paperwork.
• Monitor Pan Washer / Sani-Matic Temperature and record daily, report any non-conformance to leadership.
• Inspect, Reports & Addresses any pest harborage/unsanitary conditions/practices.
• Allergen swabbing after allergen run and clean/documentation.
• ATP swabbing and documentation.
• Assist in supply inventory for use of sanitation (PPE, Cleaning tools, chemicals, test strips, etc.).
• Be Subject Matter Experts in sanitation and cleaning procedures, provide guidance and direction to employees on sanitation policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Sanitation Technician Requirements:

• Standing 10+ hours.
• Lifting up to 30lbs.
• Working in warm conditions.
