Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and repairing asphalt surfaces Routing and heat lancing Pavement Joint Sealing Driving trucks - CDL not required but a plus!

We offer:

Competitive pay starting at $22/hour, increasing with Road Construction experience and/or CDL Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with matching On-the-job training - no prior experience necessary, but preferred Stable work environment with average of 50+ hours per week Opportunity to be part of a growing team

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work sites Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must pass a pre employment drug test Ready to join the Thunder Road crew?
