In this role, you help create smooth, efficient dining experiences by keeping service areas clean, organized, and fully prepared while supporting servers and enhancing overall guest satisfaction. What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining and service areas. Clear, reset, and prepare tables to ensure prompt guest seating and smooth service flow. Replenish utensils, water, and service supplies. Support kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient operations. Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards. Strong multitasking ability in fast-paced environments. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and guest-focused under pressure. Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required. Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required.
