Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring cleanliness and order. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly, enhancing the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs regularly. Support kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks as needed, ensuring smooth service flow. Help with setting up dining spaces for special events or catering functions. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs. Uphold health and safety standards by following proper cleaning procedures and food handling protocols. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key! Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks comfortably. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and food handling safety standards. A friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills that make guests feel welcome. Experience working in hotels or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
