As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall efficiency of our food service operations. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors. Refill water glasses and provide additional support to guests as required. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or busy service times. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow. Assist in maintaining stock levels of utensils, napkins, and other dining essentials. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others within the kitchen and dining area. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with bussing duties.
