Procurement Assistant / Buyer (Temp-to-Hire) Mather, CA (Sacramento Area) 95655 Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible)

Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant / Buyer to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and procurement processes. This role supports project and internal teams by ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue and manage purchase orders (POs) and subcontracts Review invoices and verify pricing accuracy Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and availability Track orders and ensure on-time delivery Maintain vendor relationships and approved supplier lists Support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes Assist with warranty tracking and service coordination

Qualifications:
