$80K - $95K + 10% Bonus (Final offer based on experience & education)

Position Summary:

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery for complex aerospace components. Works closely with source-controlled suppliers supporting critical components such as rotors, stators, motors, valves, and heat exchangers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage source-controlled suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; issue RFQs/RFPs Conduct supplier audits, site visits, and performance evaluations Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms & conditions Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions Resolve quality, delivery, and contractual issues with suppliers Support import/export procurement activities when required Ensure compliance with aerospace and regulatory standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers Prepare reports, analyze data, and support strategic sourcing decisions Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional projects

Key Requirements:

Experience with build-to-print aerospace components (rotors, stators, motors, valves, heat exchangers) Strong background managing source-controlled suppliers Proven negotiation and supplier management skills Experience in a highly regulated aerospace environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field 6+ years of purchasing/procurement experience Aerospace industry experience required CPM, APICS or similar certification preferred
