ABOUT THE JOB A

Comms Architect will be responsible for creating and leading a team of cross disciplined engineers to develop/design/prototype/build and eventually field resilient communications products. An ideal candidate is someone who has 10+ years of military comms waveform experience, wireless systems, digital signal processing, systems engineering, product development, and leadership skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design Resilient Communication Systems. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of software and hardware engineers to develop software defined radios.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong experience with DSP implementation for embedded devices and/or software defined radios. Waveform design for resilient communications. Extensive experience with embedded devices, including FPGA, GPU, ARM, and Software Defined Radios. Familiar with wireless communication standards both commercial and DOD (Bluetooth, 3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi, SINCGARS, MUOS, etc.). Excellent at balancing multiple projects at any given time. Project Management and Leadership experience. Enthusiastic about both working with a team and executing work. 25% travel required. Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S.Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Top Secret/SCI). US Salary Range $166,000 — $220,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
