Job Description

Senspex in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, is seeking to hire a Field Operations Lead (VRST) for our Military Mission Support team in Ft. Irwin, CA! The Field Operations Lead reports directly to the Program Manager and is responsible for continuous management of existing and future scope of work under the National Training Center contracts with Senspex. This position requires an individual who is trustworthy, detail-oriented, organized, personable, perceptive, cooperative, and proficient- in both written and verbal communications. Support the US Army National Training Center (NTC). What you'll get to do as a Field Operations Lead at
Senspex:
Supervision, coordination, and scheduling of missions/activities of all personnel. Creates weekly work schedules of all personnel in conjunction with team leads. Assists in the development of and enforces quality/ISO, security and safety training programs Ensures training needs and requirements are implemented. Provides guidance and direction to all personnel, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. Monitors and assesses duty performance to make improvements or take corrective action, and makes recommendations on personnel and technical issues. Ensures location-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions are written, followed, and maintained in correlation to contract/prime contractor requirements. Acts as the point of contact with the Contracting Officer, COR, Range Control and executes Scope-of-Work (SOW) requirements from prime contract.
The qualifications we require:
3 years + BA/BS or MA/MS degree, or 8 years + AA, or 10 years + no degree. Requires three (3) or more years supervisory experience in range operations and personnel management. Requires an understanding of maintenance, automation, and quality assurance through demonstrated experience or general education. Requires a working knowledge to accomplish computer data information processing and general knowledge of MS Office. Requires ability to lift and carry boxes and packages not to exceed 50lbs. Requires the physical dexterity to bend/stoop, twist/turn, and kneel/crouch. Requires the ability to operate a four wheeled drive vehicle, 1 ton. Requires a valid Driver's License; Must be able to be insured through Company's vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of your work employment.
