S. Attorney in the Civil Division's Immigrion Unit. The Assistant U.S. Attorney will represent the United Stes, its agencies, and employees in immigrion-reled litigion, including defending habeas corpus, mandamus, and Administrive Procedure Act challenges, and prosecuting affirmive civil immigrion enforcement actions in federal district court. Salary Informion :
Assistant United Stes Attorney's pay is administrively determined based, in part, on the number of years of professional torney experience. The recruiting range of basic pay for AD-21 through AD-29 is $77,135 to $180,986 which includes which includes 17.65% locality pay for the Fresno area.
