Home Organizing Support Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible) We help overwhelmed people create calmer, more manageable homes — in work that is active, meaningful, and different every day. We are an innovative home and office organizing company looking for a dependable, kind person to assist our lead organizers during in-home organizing sessions throughout Orange County and nearby. Interestingly, no organizing experience is required — we will train you in our gentle, effective, and nonjudgmental system. In fact, this role is often a better fit for practical, supportive and adaptable people than for perfectionists or "Pinterest organizers" but if you've ever enjoyed Tetris, packing for a trip efficiently, or figuring out how to make a space function better, you may enjoy this work. The role is physically active and includes regular lifting, carrying, stair-climbing, bending, sorting, and moving household items throughout the day. This is not optional or occasional — physical stamina is important. Every home is different and every client is different. We support our clients on their organizing "journey." While organizing experience isn't necessary, your patience, empathy, and absolute discretion must be thoroughly baked-in . This is a great position for someone who genuinely enjoys people, gets "real life," and likes meaningful hands-on work. Typical sessions involve:

Sorting and organizing household items Setting up simple organizing systems (we'll teach you how; it's easy) Helping clients make practical decisions Loading donations and supplies Working closely with lead organizers Adapting to different homes, personalities, and situations

Schedule:

Part-time, from 4-5 hours Typical hours are between 9:30am-1:30pm Ideal for someone comfortable with a flexible schedule

Requirements:

Pay:
