Job Description Summary Support the Office of Student Accounts in general customer service, office support, and summer events. Specific Duties scanning, indexing, and spot checking BDMS documents. Assist Students Accounts Representatives with projects such as front counter support, phone support, and email support. Minimum Qualifications Computer knowledge and Microsoft of Word and/or excel. General Office Equipment - copier, calculator, phone. Must be able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Computer program knowledge Microsoft word and Excel. Office or retail job experience.
