L3Harris Technologies has an opening for a Space Enterprise Integration Coordinator for an important National Security Program. The successful candidate will support a high performing team of Government and Contractor professionals to monitor, analyze, assess, and deliver - mission status, courses of action, anomaly investigation, and decision support information to senior decision makers in support of the Space Warfighting Mission. The candidate will be pivotal in supporting the implementation of national policies and generation of technical assessments to support policy decisions. The successful candidate will have experience with space operations, COA and TTP execution, and the Space Warfighting mission. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated the ability to operate in a dynamic and high energy environment with constantly changing tasking and priorities. This position will be supporting the Space Superiority Business Division of the Space Superiority within the Space and Airborne Systems Segment.Essential Functions:
- Work full time onsite at job location
- Support onboarding of new and enhanced tools
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Participating in exercises and other government driven events to derive performance benchmarks and technical utility
- Generate, share, present briefings and products for senior leadership and enterprise awareness
- Create, coordinate, and release operational messages
- Interaction with customers and provides input to project managers on programmatic and technical deliverables under guidance of senior technical personnel
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Requires practical knowledge of job area. Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Willingness to successfully complete and pass CI poly
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Current / Previous NRO background / experience
- Satellite (or other related) Operations Experience
- General Space Knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Identify internal and external multi-domain interoperability opportunities that benefit and improve space activities in both the NRO and DoD
- Conduct technical space working groups, reviews, and provide recommendations to improve space system integration, performance, and reliability
- Engage with various NRO and DoD space Directorates, gaining insights into their missions, functions, and organization to understand how customers utilize NRO solutions, thereby enhancing military services and stakeholder engagement within the NRO
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks to maintain the resiliency of NRO, DoD programs and meet both technical and programmatic goals
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
