Recommending HVAC systems or upgrades, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork improvements. Providing quotes and explaining financing options. Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager. Answer customer questions, guiding them through the decision-making process to purchase systems or services, and informing of any pertinent information about their equipment. Ensuring customer satisfaction after installation and offering maintenance plans. Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner. Office time required for trainings, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.
