Contact Manager
Job Summary
The Contact Manager is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and optimizing the company's contact database. This role ensures accurate contact information, supports communication efforts, and helps improve customer and stakeholder relationships through effective data management and coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update contact databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
-
Organize contacts by category, relationship type, and relevance
-
Manage contact data across CRM systems, spreadsheets, or internal platforms
-
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies
-
Support sales, marketing, and customer service teams with contact information
-
Handle contact imports, exports, and data cleanup activities
-
Monitor duplicate records and resolve data inconsistencies
-
Generate reports and insights from contact data when required
-
Coordinate contact-related communications, follow-ups, and reminders
Required Qualifications
-
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in data management, CRM administration, or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in CRM or database systems

Basic understanding of data protection regulations

Good written and verbal communication skills
