Healthcare Professionals accepted) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - MDstaffers is seeking a qualified Urgent Response Therapist in Sacramento, CA. For more information, please apply or call (866) 90-STAFF. Job Description LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC Urgent Response Therapist needed to join a group in Sacramento, California. Details:
  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Flexible hours
  • Work remote, then transition to call center once restrictions are lifted
  • Provide immediate coordination with staff on appropriate interventions and supports
  • Provide mental health and substance abuse assessment as indicated
  • Take responsibility for initial safety plan development and implement plan with youth and caregivers
  • Ensure thorough and accurate data entry in the identified call center software
  • Be present at program location per schedule to provide assessment, triage, and crisis response to those seeking support through the program contact methods (phone, text, live chat, etc.)
  • Participate in the program crisis on-call system
  • Complete required documentation for each client|family interaction within required deadlines
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with internal staff and external resources
