Administrative Associate B* (Casual) - MHI Outpatient Clinic

This is a casual, grant funded position which is subject to renewal on 06/30/2027.

JOB SUMMARY

Coordinates and performs department/unit administrative activities including, but not limited to, storing, retrieving and integrating information for dissemination to staff, customers, clients, vendors, patients and families. Coordinates functions required to ensure smooth operations, plans and executes projects within scope of responsibility, and works with external, inter and intra departmental teams to support department/unit. Provides training and orientation for new staff and troubleshoots office technologies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma, GED or Foreign equivalent Two years of experience Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access Competent English grammar and composition skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's Degree Three years of experience Typing at 50 words per minute Software specific to departmental needs Experience specific to area of support The current salary range for this position is $24.26 to $33.36 Rady Children's Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
