Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance. Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support to join their team onsite in San Francisco, CA and provide end-user support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and analyze customer data, order trackers, and operational metrics using MS Excel Process customer orders, returns, and billing issues within internal systems and spreadsheets Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and chat, providing professional support Document customer interactions in CRMs and maintain data consistency Identify bottlenecks, generate reports to track performance, and make recommendations Manage customer inquiries via phone / emailSkills and Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) to process orders, update trackers, and generate operational reports Knowledge of data integrity maintenance, CRM management (Customer Relationship Management (CRM)) High attention to detailWage Range :
The rate for this position is between $17.65 - $23.50 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits :
