What You'll Do Wear and operate sensor equipment to guide robots through accurate, human-like movements. Perform repeatable motion sequences with consistency and precision. Follow clear procedures for data collection, equipment handling, and workspace organization. Monitor sessions and flag issues, bugs, or anomalies. Share daily feedback on system performance and usability. Keep the production and lab environment clean, safe, and organized. Use basic computer tools to log data and support testing workflows. Collaborate closely with engineers, providing reliable motion data and insights. Stay focused during repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Follow all safety and operational protocols. Hours 10:00 PM - 7:30 AM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
