Examples of DutiesDuties may include, but are not limited to the following: Performs a variety of keyboarding duties, including typing, entry, retrieval of information, and other general office duties.
Answers questions that involve searching for and abstracting data and providing detailed explanations of regulations, policies, or procedures.
Interacts with the public, judicial officers, and stakeholders both in person and over the phone.
May interact with the public or others in difficult situations, which require obtaining necessary information to gain cooperation.
Reads, interprets, and appropriately responds to a variety of email inquiries.
Produces high-quality work while meeting deadlines.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES ABOUT THE
OPPORTUNITYThe Office Specialist performs responsible and specialized clerical duties. The incumbent is required to exercise excellent judgment to perform their duties with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Some assignments may also require the integration of technical knowledge with advanced interpersonal and communication skills.Examples of DutiesDuties may include, but are not limited to the following: Performs a variety of keyboarding duties, including typing, entry, retrieval of information, and other general office duties.
