Cabinet Installer Renew Medic Company Overview Renew Medic specializes in restoring and rebuilding cabinetry damaged by water or fire. Our proprietary process focuses on removing only the affected cabinets, assessing the level of repair or reconstruction needed, and completing the work required to return the space to its pre-loss condition. This approach reduces downtime and improves customer satisfaction. We have opened a new location in the Puget Sound area and are looking starting to grow rapidly and looking for new members to join our team.

RenewMedic.com/SOS Role Overview As the Cabinet Technician , you will paritipate in cabinet removal and installation projects, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency on every job. You'll coordinate with the Lead Cabinet Installer, interpret plans and scopes, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship. In many cases, you will be the company's first on-site representative—setting the tone for professionalism and quality. This role requires strong communication with company leadership, project stakeholders, and insurance estimators. You'll be expected to work and support the lead cabinet installer and other technicians while upholding and promoting Renew Medic's culture and standards. Responsibilities Perform cabinet removal, pickup/delivery, and installation to scope and schedule. Read and interpret plans, job photos, and project documentation to execute accurate installs. Perform cabinet cleaning, assembly, adjustments, and touch-ups as needed. Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly; coordinate solutions with management and other trades. Maintain professional, customer-first communication on-site at all times. Conduct quality checks throughout the job to ensure work meets company standards. Enforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace before, during, and after work. Assist with material takeoffs and estimating support as needed. Obtain signed work authorizations and customer satisfaction documentation. Complete and submit job documentation promptly using the DASH Job Management System (mobile; training provided). Perform both on-site and in-shop work as required. Tools & Equipment (experience preferred) Comfortable safely operating common cabinet and carpentry tools including table saws, miter saws, routers, edge banders, band saws, jointers, planers, sanders, and general hand/power tools. Skills & Qualifications Required Proven cabinet installation experience; trim carpentry and framing fundamentals. Exceptional attention to detail, timeliness, and organization. Strong communication skills with team members, customers, and project stakeholders. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and working in active job sites (remodel/restoration a plus). Ability to perform physical work, including heavy lifting, while maintaining safe practices. Customer-focused, professional on-site presence. Ability to pass a criminal background check covering the last 5 years. Valid driver's license. Nice to Have Experience in renovation/restoration environments. Knowledge of related trades (e.g., caulking/finish work, fixture installation, basic plumbing/electrical coordination). Experience with water-damage restoration workflows or manufacturing environments. Why Join Renew Medic?

$25-$30/hour (DOE)
