To be considered for this position the candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience installing residential and/or commercial cabinetry, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, safe work practices, and customer satisfaction. You will work with a team and independently on various job sites to deliver and install cabinets that exceed expectations. Responsibilities Install kitchen, bath, and custom cabinets in residential and/or commercial settings Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans Measure, level, and align cabinetry according to specifications Safely use hand and power tools (saws, drills, levels, nail guns, etc.) Make minor adjustments and on-site modifications as needed Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety protocols Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and coworkers Troubleshoot installation issues and report any discrepancies to the project manager Load, unload, and transport cabinetry and materials to job sites as needed Experience Proven experience in installation roles, particularly in trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and assembly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment necessary for various installation tasks. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Able to obtain CDL license within the first days of employment. 2+ years of cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience required Ability to read blueprints, layout measurements, and use precision tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to lift and maneuver cabinets and materials (50+ lbs) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team If you are passionate about construction and installation work and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Installation Technician.
