Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and woodwork that meet precise specifications and high-quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to transforming design concepts into beautiful, functional pieces that enhance our clients' spaces. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate cabinetry and wood components. Cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinets, doors, trim, and other woodwork using hand tools and power tools with precision. Measure spaces accurately to ensure proper fitment of cabinetry and fixtures on construction sites or in manufacturing settings. Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely while adhering to safety protocols. Execute finishing tasks such as caulking, sanding, staining, painting, or sealing to achieve polished results. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety regulations related to construction site experience and woodworking. Qualifications Proven experience in cabinetry fabrication, installation, or related carpentry fields such as trim carpentry or frame carpentry. Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., saws, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), CNC machinery, and metal stud framing equipment. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, schematics for fixture installation or schematic drawings for remodeling projects. Knowledge of construction estimating procedures and experience with various construction techniques including concrete forming, plastering, masonry, roofing, siding, and water damage restoration is a plus. Familiarity with the restoration industry including mold remediation or water damage restoration processes is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during fabrication or installation tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship in projects involving flooring installation, tile laying, electrical experience or plumbing work. Prior experience working on construction sites or manufacturing environments is preferred; certification in safety standards is beneficial.
