Responsibilities Installation and Engineering Feedback to Design Team on Custom Drawings Ensure Mayfield Standards are Being Held Manage Labor and Installation Job Budgets to Ensure Margins are held Verify that all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the installation is completed and accurate Manage installation related issues and provide solutions Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines Represent the organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior 5 years experience directly installing cabinets required. Ability to organize and prioritize work.
