Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Sales & Designer Premier Quartz and Stone is a trusted provider of high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry, dedicated to helping homeowners, contractors, and builders bring their dream spaces to life. We are currently looking for a motivated, creative, and sales-driven Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Sales & Designer to join our growing team! This is a full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM , offering the opportunity to work directly with customers in our showroom while also building relationships and generating new business throughout our service area. What You'll Do:

As an important part of our team, you will: Meet with homeowners, contractors, and builders to understand their cabinetry needs, style preferences, and project goals. Design beautiful and functional kitchen and bath cabinet layouts using 20/20 Design (Vision 20/20) software . Guide clients through material, finish, and hardware selections while providing expert recommendations. Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and proposals with clear and transparent pricing. Work with walk-in showroom customers while also actively prospecting and developing new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships from initial consultation through project completion. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth and successful project execution. Stay current on design trends, new products, and cabinetry innovations. Help drive company growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications include:

Previous experience in kitchen and bath cabinet sales/design or a similar role preferred. Experience using 20/20 Design software (or similar design software). Strong understanding of cabinetry products, materials, finishes, and hardware. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail. A sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers. Existing industry contacts are a plus, but not required.
