Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM•3:00
PM Pay:
$19.50/hr
Overtime Available When Needed:
Weekdays:
3:00 PM•5:00
PM Saturdays:
6:30 AM•12:00 PM This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable company offering a clean, quiet work environment and strong employee retention. If you enjoy hands-on work, have good attention to detail, and want to be part of a team-focused manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit. What You'll Be Doing Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies based on customer specifications and work instructions Install connectors, hardware, labels, sleeving, heat shrink, and spot ties Perform hand testing and quality checks on completed products Use hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, cutters, and heat guns Operate presses, wire stripping, and termination equipment Cut sleeves and tubing to customer specifications Identify parts and labels using part numbers and production instructions Follow production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency standards Maintain a safe and clean work environment Assist with additional production duties as needed What They're Looking For Detail-oriented and motivated individuals Comfortable working with small hand tools and assembly equipment Good eyesight and ability to distinguish colors Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to read blueprints or manufacturing instructions is a plus, but training is available Ability to read and communicate in English preferred Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work Why People Like Working Here Direct hire position with long-term stability Clean and quiet work environment Strong employee retention and supportive company culture Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the company Consistent first-shift schedule with overtime opportunities available
