Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking Low Voltage Technicians to support structured cabling installations in a multi-dwelling unit (MDU) construction environment . This is a great opportunity for entry-level to mid-level technicians looking to grow into long-term roles within the low voltage trade. Scope of Work Pull and route low voltage cabling on active construction sites Terminate RJ45 connectors and keystone jacks Support installation of structured cabling systems Assist with cable dressing, labeling, and pathway organization Work within MDU construction environments Requirements Experience with Cat5/6 cable pulling and terminations Ability to terminate RJ45 connectors and keystones Experience working on construction sites Background in low voltage or electrical helper roles (preferred) Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Compensation Typically $20-$25/hour Higher rates considered for strong, experienced technicians Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Tools & PPE Must have basic hand tools and PPE Interview & Onboarding Resume submission required Teams interview Fast hiring process Why This Role Opportunity to get into or grow within the low voltage industry Long-term potential through contract-to-hire Consistent work in a growing market
