We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CAD Designer to join our team and support design, drafting, and production operations. Position Summary The CAD Designer will create detailed technical drawings and design documentation to support manufacturing and production processes. This role works closely with engineering, sales, and project management teams to ensure designs meet customer specifications and company standards. Responsibilities Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models Develop production-ready drawings and technical documentation Collaborate with engineering on product designs and improvements Review specifications, measurements, and project requirements Maintain organized drawing files and revision control Assist with prototyping and design modifications Ensure designs meet manufacturing capabilities and quality standards Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department Qualifications Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Fusion360, Onshape or similar Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Associate degree or technical certification preferred, but not required based on experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule Part-time Monday-Thursday Day shift
