Job Description
Dimension Craft is growing and looking to add to our project management team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Detailer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and detailing within the exhibit industry, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review shop tickets to initiate project workflow. Schedule and attend put to detail meetings to clarify building processes and focus on efficiency. Develop detailed plans and specifications for each project, by problem solving through construction details of all scopes. Coordinate put to work meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues. Upload all project drawings to the network for accessibility and reference. Obtain final drawing approvals from the salesperson. Print approved drawings and distribute to head of production. Regularly check with the shop to monitor project progress, ensure accuracy, and refine building methods. Manage and update any changes through the project pipeline to maintain alignment.Ongoing Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the shop to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for drawing and building processes. Select and direct materials for procurement, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards. Continuously improve project management and detailing practices to enhance efficiency and quality.Requirements:
Min 1+ Years of CAD experience in AutoCAD Must be able to detail in 3D. Preferred proven experience in project management and detailing within the exhibit industry. Strong understanding of fabrication processes and materials used in exhibit construction. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Self-motivated. Good attitude. Can collaborate or work independently. Accountable. Takes pride in project ownership. Enjoys seeing cool things they worked on built in the real world.Job Type:
