Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and project managers to interpret project requirements and produce comprehensive schematics and system designs. Utilize tools like SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, Bluebeam, and 3ds Max to create visualizations, animations, or graphic representations that enhance project presentations. Prepare precise drafting documents for construction or manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications. Assist in system design tasks for mechanical or architectural projects by translating ideas into accurate technical drawings. Review and revise drawings based on feedback or evolving project needs to ensure clarity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain organized CAD files and documentation for easy access and version control during project development. Skills Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino3D (3ds Max), ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Grasshopper 3D. Strong understanding of drafting principles across disciplines such as construction schematics, interior design layouts, mechanical systems, and graphic design elements. Experience with system design processes for architecture or engineering projects. Ability to create detailed 2D drawings as well as 3D models for visualization purposes. Knowledge of construction standards and best practices for accurate technical documentation. Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
