Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computer-aided design (CAD) software. As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings, schematics, and models that support project development from concept through completion. Your skillset will contribute to the successful execution of complex projects, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks to meet project specifications. Create accurate schematics, system designs, and technical documentation for construction, interior design, or mechanical projects. Utilize advanced tools to produce realistic models and visualizations. Collaborate with engineers die makers to interpret concepts into precise technical drawings and drafts. Review project requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards while maintaining high-quality output. Maintain organized digital files of all drawings and revisions for easy access and version control. Experience Proven experience in CAD drafting. Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software including AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Familiarity with system design principles, schematic development, and technical documentation processes.
