Cafe Team Member

Surf & Sprout Cafe in Waianae is looking for dependable, positive, and hardworking team members to join our growing cafe team. We are a fast-paced cafe focused on creating great food, drinks, and customer experiences in a clean and welcoming environment. Team members are expected to help with all daily restaurant and cafe operations. This is a hands-on position where everyone works together as a team.

Responsibilities Include:

Taking customer orders and providing friendly customer service Preparing smoothies, bowls, and food items Running food and drinks to customers Operating the POS system and handling payments Restocking ingredients, supplies, and inventory Cleaning dishes, equipment, counters, and dining areas Opening and closing duties Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards Assisting coworkers wherever needed during busy hours Keeping the cafe organized, stocked, and running smoothly

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Previous restaurant or cafe experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
