Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
• Follow company policies and procedures for food handling, safety, and sanitation
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with accuracy
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Skills:

• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and retail calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Sales-oriented mindset to promote products and upsell when appropriate
