CAH - LPN-Walk In Clinic

• LPN•Full Time Day Shift•7a to 7pm primary shift•Req 9474 This position rotates every other weekend.

Scheduling will be three 12 hour shifts one week then two 12 hour shifts and two 6 hour shifts (Saturday and Sunday) the other week Under the supervision of a QMP, utilizes the nursing process to provide quality patient care. Practices in accordance with the New York State Practice Act, nursing department standards and hospital policy and procedures.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current New York State license as a Practical Nurse, or eligibility for licensure in the state of New York. Minimum of one year experience in medical-surgical or clinical setting preferred. Must be able to care for patients in all age groups. All internal candidates must apply via our website. • The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.

It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
