Typical responsibilities include:
Calibrating and servicing electronic test equipment Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs where required Completing calibration records and service documentation accurately Supporting customers on-site and delivering a high standard of service Managing regional travel across client locations Working independently while collaborating with service coordinators and the wider team Equipment and technical scope: You should have hands-on experience with electronic calibration equipment such as: Multimeters Oscilloscopes Clamp meters Function generators Power supplies Data loggers Ohmmeters HIPOT testers Welding equipment calibration Experience across multiple calibration disciplines would be a plus. What we are looking for
Essential:
Strong background in electronics calibration Ability to work independently in both field and lab environments Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills Willingness to travel regionally Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Full eligibility to work in the
United States Desirable:
Multi-discipline calibration experience Background in industrial or commercial environments Previous service-based or customer-facing experience Travel and work structure: Regional travel across Tennessee including Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga Occasional overnight stays, typically 1 to 2 times per month Weekly schedules planned in advance to support better work-life balance Compensation and benefits : Up to $38 per hour for exceptional candidates Monthly bonus typically ranging from $400 to $600 , with potential to earn up to $1,000 Overtime paid at time-and-a-half Company vehicle and fuel card Long-term opportunity within an employee-owned business
