Team:

✔ 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred) ✔ Experience in ServiceTitan or the home services industry (a plus, but not required) ✔ Strong computer skills, including MS Word, email, and CMS applications ✔ Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions ✔ Exceptional communication & relationship-building abilities ✔ Strong time management & organizational skills to handle multiple tasks ✔ Detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable work ethic ✔ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet ✔ Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and collaboratively Why You'll Love Working at
