Call Center Interview Day - Rensselaer, NY By Appointment Only | Friday, June 19, 2026 We are excited to host a Call Center Interview Day for opportunities at our Rensselaer location. We are seeking candidates with strong clerical, customer service, and communication skills who are interested in supporting patient access services.

Location 295 Valley View Blvd, Rensselaer, NY Position Overview As a Call Center Representative, you will support patients by scheduling appointments, handling registration, and coordinating follow-up care. This role plays an important part in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. Training on internal computers systems will be provided. Requirements Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred:

Coursework or training in medical office administration, billing, or healthcare operations

Experience:

Prior experience in patient services, medical reception, call center, or customer service environment Compensation $18.50 - $27.70 per hour Compensation is based on experience.
