Call Center & Patient Coordinator / Administrative Assistant - Dental Office Full-Time Position | Privately Owned Dental Practice | Brunswick County, NC Thriving private dental office seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly team member to support our call center operations and assist with daily business tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming patient calls and helping manage our call center Scheduling patient appointments Following up with patients Coordinating Google Calendars Assisting leadership team with daily tasks and projects Managing office maintenance and vendor coordination Working with Excel spreadsheets and office systems Supporting an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Experience with Excel and Google Calendar preferred Dental office experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset We're looking for someone professional, proactive, and excited to grow with a busy, patient-focused dental practice.
