Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude. Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details to clients in a clear and friendly manner. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or technical issues by troubleshooting effectively and offering solutions. Promote products or services to meet sales targets while maintaining excellent customer support standards. Document all interactions accurately using data entry skills within our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Maintain phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences at every touchpoint. Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and deliver consistent client service excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in call center roles or customer support environments; call center experience is highly preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse clients. Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products naturally during conversations. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is beneficial. Proficiency in computer skills including navigating multiple software platforms efficiently. Knowledge of phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving techniques. Ability to handle cash transactions or process payments accurately when required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to customer service or sales are a plus.
