Whether assisting clients over the phone or via digital channels, your communication skills and proactive attitude will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services with the goal of setting appointments for in-home consultations Explain to customers the basic features and services of the products we offer Coordinate schedules for multiple sales representatives Maintain accurate records of interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools Follow phone etiquette standards to ensure clear, respectful, and positive communication at all times Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience
Qualifications:
Prior call center experience or customer support background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently Excellent data entry and typing skills for efficient record keeping Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills necessary for daily tasks Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of sales techniques and client service best practices is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your voice makes a difference!
