Job Description

The Opportunity:
We're growing fast! We're hiring experienced Outbound Telemarketing Sales Representatives to keep up with new programs launching. In this role, you'll connect with customers nationwide to discuss our client's rapidly expanding high-speed internet services and help them find an affordable solution. Is This Role Right for You? We're looking for people with outbound sales experience. The right candidates have experience doing discovery calls and handling objections. You also need at least six months working in a contact center. If you have both of those things, awesome! Keep reading. If you're just starting out or your background is mainly retail or customer service, this isn't the role for you.
What You'll Do:
A week in the life of an Outbound Telemarketing Sales Representative may include, but isn't limited to, the following responsibilities: Engage with U.S. customers from the client's lead list - no cold calling. Sell or upgrade high-speed internet or mobile packages for a leading telecom company. Use your sales skills to discover customer needs, handle objections, and close deals. Gain new skills and technological knowledge through paid training. Work a fixed 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, scheduled within a 9:00 AM-7:00 PM window

What You'll Bring:
Previous sales experience in outbound sales or similar work is
REQUIRED.
Previous contact center experience of at least six months is
REQUIRED.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma/GED. The ability to pass a federal background check and drug screen.
