Master's degree ideally in human resources management / management or a Bachelor's degree with an additional year of professional experience Up to 3 years working experience in related field after graduation with a Master's degree, or up to 4 years working experience in related field after graduation with a Bachelor's degree Significant international experience (studies/working/living for a minimum of 6 months) and intercultural orientation Open to a broad range of challenging experiences Outstanding social and communication skills Distinctive analytical and problem-solving skills Global perspective and desire to work abroad Excellent command of English and a second language is a strong advantage Motivation for international exchange and business trips abroadHOW TO JOIN OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM?
