Position Overview:

Are you a visionary communicator with the tenacity to build a world-class brand image? ShipIt is seeking a Campaigns & Strategy Manager to lead our PR Campaigns Department. We are looking for a strategic department head who takes extreme ownership of our public perception and community footprint. What You'll Do:

Architect and oversee an annual department budget, ensuring all initiatives and events are executed with fiscal precision. Expand the ShipIt footprint through high-level strategic partnerships, media relations, and industry networking. Direct our digital presence across social media, SEO, and paid advertisements to ensure a cohesive and favorable brand voice. Identify and spearhead social and environmental initiatives that align with our core mission and values. Maintain rigorous branding standards across all published materials and physical properties. Coordinate regular department briefings to review progress, streamline processes, and set aggressive goals for growth. Provide clear executive reporting to the director regarding department health, campaign status, and future scaling plans. Salary, $48,000 - $54,000 a year, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
