Job Description
Buffalo Lake Camping Resort is growing. We are looking for a new team member to join us and help lead the campground. While helpful, specific campground experience is not required. A willingness to learn and jump right in
- get your hands dirty to make sure that the campground is not! We are a family friendly campground with a mix of seasonal and overnight sites. We are seeking an energetic leader who thrives interacting with guests. From greeting campers upon arrival to leading crafts and making sure the pool is ready to go

Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute all aspects of campground operations, including guest services, reservations, the kitchen and bar and daily housekeeping. Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests; handle inquiries, complaints and requests promptly and professionally. Implement and enforce campground policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Ability to manage retail basic; count and reconcile daily drawers, counting cash and matching receipts, weekly inventory review and ordering. Participate in daily and weekly upkeep and maintenance across campground- the store, kitchen equipment, bathrooms and grounds overall.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in basic computer applications and reservation systems. Available to work weekends and holidays from April to October. Ability to qualify as an alcohol agent for the camp store bar. Ability to obtain ServSafe certification for the kitchen.Helpful but not required:
Knowledge of campground regulations, safety standards, and hospitality industry trends. Previous experience in campground management, hospitality, or a related field.Pay:
$16.00- $20.
