Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant team as a Camptown Pool Attendant and be a key player in creating a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for all pool visitors. In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the pool area, provide exceptional guest services, and uphold safety standards through vigilant supervision and first aid readiness. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a fun and secure atmosphere where guests can relax and make lasting memories. Duties Monitor pool activities to ensure safety protocols are followed by all guests Enforce all pool rules Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, skimming debris, and maintaining water quality Assist guests and swim club members with checking in, provide information about amenities, and address inquiries promptly Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and surrounding areas to identify maintenance needs or hazards Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies using CPR and first aid skills when necessary Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, locker rooms, and surrounding facilities to ensure a pristine environment Heavy lifting of supplies such as pool chemicals, furniture, or cleaning equipment as needed to support daily operations Qualifications Proven experience in pool maintenance or cleaning preferred; willingness to learn required skills will be supported through training Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Physical stamina for lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of pool cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety standards is a plus Reliable, responsible, with a proactive approach to safety and cleanliness Join us in delivering an outstanding aquatic experience by combining your passion for safety with your enthusiasm for guest service. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
