Campus Chef - Collegiate Dining Decatur, MS | East Central Community College We're excited to be growing our Elior Collegiate Dining team and are seeking an experienced, driven Chef to lead culinary operations at East Central Community College . This is a high-impact leadership role for a chef who thrives in collegiate dining environments , builds strong partnerships, and is passionate about developing teams while delivering outstanding food. The role at a glance As Executive Chef, you'll oversee all culinary operations across a collegiate dining program , ensuring excellence in quality, service, and financial performance. What you'll be doing: Leading and supervising food production standards including purchasing, food specifications, preparation, service, and sanitation Managing residential and retail dining operations in a collegiate setting Developing standardized recipes and menus while driving food cost controls Overseeing budgeting, inventory, ordering, and menu management Partnering with campus stakeholders and building strong client relationships Planning and executing special events Being proactive in motivating, training, and developing culinary teams What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

7+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience Experience leading dining operations Proven success with food cost controls, budgeting, inventory, and ordering Proficiency with Microsoft software programs Experience reviewing and managing budget statements

Nice-to-haves:
